Supporting you in choosing the right course of action for your relationship
Decisions Are the Hardest Thing to Make
Decision Mediation is tailored for those who are uncertain about the future and the direction of their relationship. Often couples have mixed emotions or conflicting thoughts about staying together versus separation. One partner may be leaning towards divorce while the other partner wants reconciliation. At Peace Talks, our mediators are trained to support you during this time. We understand that this kind of decision is the hardest thing to make, especially when it is a choice between where you should be and where you want to be.
Decision-making Is a Process
In Decision Mediation, there is no pressure in either direction. The goal is to reflect upon and consider the best course of action for you. Many people need an objective, supportive mediator to provide a place to thoughtfully consider all of their options. The process is not therapy. Our goal is to provide a safe space and to help facilitate an informed, productive, respectful conversation. The goal is for you to be able to choose either a renewed commitment to the relationship or prepare for an amicable separation.
